Compamed is a leading international event for the medical technology supplier sector, held over 4 days from November 11 to November 14, 2024, at the Messe Düsseldorf in Germany. This year’s event saw the participation of 735 companies at COMPAMED and 5,372 exhibitors at MEDICA, showcasing its great importance to the global medical industry. Notably, three-quarters of the visitors came from abroad, reflecting the trade show’s global significance. More than 83,000 visitors attended this year, making it one of the most well-attended editions to date.
AMT participated in Compamed as part of the Singapore Pavilion, organised by Enterprise Singapore and SPETA. We had the honor of being visited by His Excellency, Mr. Lee Chong Hock, Singapore’s Ambassador to Germany. With strong diplomatic relations between Singapore and Germany and the help of various Singapore agencies, there are many opportunities for collaboration in promoting the Singapore brand to the MedTech industry. AMT is aligned with Singapore’s goals of bringing innovation to the global market.
For this year’s exhibition, we showcased our capabilities in MIM, Medical Contract Assembly, 3D Metal Printing, Clean Room Plastic Injection Molding and Tooling Fabrication.
Among these, two of our most attractive solutions were medical device contract manufacturing and MIM, both of which garnered significant attention.

Overmolding not only enhances product innovation but also simplifies the manufacturing process, leading to greater efficiency and reduced production costs.
